One of the ways I’ve been aware of getting information from spirit for years now is via my dreams. Last night I got a sweet little blessing to say each time I eat. It came in the form of a song and went like this: “From earth, from love, from joy, from joy… Thank you, God; Thank you, God; Thank you, God.” As a phrase and a blessing, I’ve shortened it to: “From earth, from love, from joy; thank you, God.” It could be a universal prayer that applies to anything. It could also be more specific like: “From earth, from love, from joy; thank you God for blessing this food to our bodies.” I’ve noticed as I’ve used it today that I’m taking the time to eat in gratitude while enjoying the experience of it. Thought I’d pass it along in case it resonated with you too.

Mindfulness and gratefulness of food and friendship is so wonderful every time we eat! I have noticed how quickly I eat sometime. This reminds me to slow down and be mindful. Thank you!
